Free UK delivery is available on all orders over £29.99. Orders below £29.99 may be subject to a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel at any time.

7. Lost or Missing Packages

ByKirae is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed or returned due to an incorrect address.
  • If a package is returned to us for this reason, a restocking fee may apply and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
