At ByKirae, we aim to provide a hassle-free warranty process. Our warranty policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws.


How to Easily Claim Your Warranty

  1. Make sure your product is still within the warranty period.

  2. Have a valid proof of purchase ready (such as an order confirmation or screenshot of your order).

  3. Do not dispose of the product before contacting our customer support team.

  4. Reach out to our customer service team.

  5. Follow the instructions provided by our support team to submit your warranty claim or return request.


Warranty Terms

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

Undamaged products can be returned for any reason within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Requirements:

  • Returns must include the original packaging, all accessories, user manuals, and any included materials.

  • If the product does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to process your return.


What Is Covered by Warranty

Products purchased through authorized sellers are eligible for warranty service if a defect occurs during the warranty period under normal usage. In such cases, please contact our customer support team.


What Is Not Covered by Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries, filters, accessories that wear out over time).

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or websites.

  • Products without a valid proof of purchase.

  • Second-hand or used products.

  • Products with missing or tampered serial numbers or product codes.

  • Lost or stolen items.

  • Products past their warranty period.

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or maintenance.

  • Damage exceeding the product’s value.

  • Damage caused by using non-approved accessories or devices.

  • Products previously serviced under warranty are not eligible for a new warranty beyond the original term.


Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  1. A full or partial refund depending on the case.

  2. Repair of the defective item.

  3. Replacement with a product of equal value.


Important Note

ByKirae reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and qualifies for warranty service.

Please note:
We only accept returns of complete items. If a product does not meet these conditions, we may be unable to accept the return.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we’ve received your return in our warehouse, we will process it within 14 business days, provided the item is in acceptable condition.

Your track & trace code will show when your return has arrived at our warehouse. From that moment, the 14-day processing period begins. Once the refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
